Terms and Conditions Shipping / Delivery Hong Kong Delivered Orders All Hong Kong delivered orders will be shipped within 3-6 business
days. If items are not in stock, we will contact you direct
regarding the delivery status.
For orders over HK$300, delivery is free. International (outside Hong Kong) delivered orders are shipped by registered airmail. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total weight of your products ordered. Products could also be shipped via your designated courier, relevant charges are on customer's account. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that you enter
your address correctly. We must charge you for delivery cost
if we have to re-ship an item because of an incomplete or misleading
address. We will not be responsible if recipient does not
accept the delivery. All items in our catalogue are stocked, but sometimes shortages
do occur. Customers will be informed which products, if any,
are on backorder, usually within 3 business days of order placement. Ordering online, customers will be required to make a credit card
payment through PayPal. We have linked to www.paypal.com
in the shipping cart. If you do not have an account
with PayPal, you will have to set up one. It is simple and
free. Once we get your payment confirmation from PayPal, we
will send you the merchandise. Customers are responsible for
any foreign duties (if any).
